Mr. Mashru was with Deloitte and Andersen for over 25 years in London where he held senior positions in investment banking/corporate finance, audit and business advisory.

His last position was Partner and Head of Financial Institutions for Deloitte Corporate Finance in the United Kingdom responsible for advising financial institutions and insurers on mergers, acquisitions, and structured finance/securitizations.   During the period from 1998 until 2002, Mr. Mashru led Andersen's Global Financial Institutions Group where he had profit/loss responsibility for teams of over 40 investment bankers in the U.K., U.S., and Spain.

With extensive experience in building new businesses and executing strategy, he has advised some of the largest financial institutions and insurers throughout the world.   He is also a regular speaker at industry conferences and a commentator in the U.K. media on industry issues particularly related to strategy and M&A.  

Paresh is a fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and graduated from the University of Bristol with a BSc in Mathematics with Computer Science.   He holds registered U.S. securities licenses including Series 7, 24 and 63.
