Mr. Zwick was with Citigroup for over 25 years where he held senior positions in New York, Brazil and Argentina.

His last position was as Managing Director and Senior Risk Manager for the Global Insurance Banking Group. In that capacity, he was responsible for approving all risks and credit facilities for all of Citigroup’s insurance industry customers around the world. During the period from 1989 until 2002, Mr. Zwick was involved in most of the major U.S. and global insurance industry mergers, acquisitions and financings.

Steve earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Master of Business Administration from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
