Mr. Sherman is the co-founder of
the firm. In addition to his primary concentration
on the firm’s day
to day operations and business development, he plays
an instrumental role in transaction negotiations.
Prior to LMC Capital, Walter enjoyed a 35+ year career
in the global marketplace. During that time, he built
strong, long lasting relationships with domestic and
international clientele while being employed by, and
working with, domestic and global Fortune 500 size
companies, as well as family owned operations. His
diverse background includes highly successful, multi-national
experiences in sales/marketing, deal structuring and
negotiations.
As a deal maker, his ability to quickly grasp and
understand the unique priorities of every client has
been a key to LMC’s success in closing a wide
variety of transactions. He brings a unique perspective
to LMC and to our clients when developing and executing
strategic alternatives.
