LMC Capital LLC Names London Investment Banker to Advisory Board

Charlotte, North Carolina, November 15, 2005 - Paresh Mashru, former partner and head of financial institutions with Deloitte Corporate Finance in the United Kingdom, has been appointed to the Advisory Board of LMC Capital LLC, a leading insurance industry investment banking firm.

Mr. Mashru has extensive experience advising leading global financial institutions, private equity houses, and insurers with regard to mergers and acquisitions, structured finance/securitizations, risk management, and executing strategy. During the period from 1998 to 2002, he led Andersen's Global Financial Institutions Group where he had profit/loss responsibility for teams of over 40 investment bankers in the U.K., U.S., and Spain.

Mr. Mashru is also a regular commentator to the financial press in the U.K. on industry issues, particularly related to strategy, and mergers and acquisitions, as well as a frequent speaker at industry conferences.   He has authored a number of books and publications including "Treasury Management International" and "International Securitization Review."

A Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales, Mr. Mashru graduated from the University of Bristol with a BSc in Mathematics with Computer Science and holds registered U.S. securities licenses including Series 7, 24, and 63. He is a member of the Guild of International Bankers and will continue to operate from his office in London.
